Smiles everyone Smiles...
She sure is starting to fill out and get bigger. She's such a fun little girls and just wants to play all the time. We still need to work with her on acceptable forms of play and try to get her to not use her mouth so much. Still trying to get the cats to like her and stop hissing all the time - i'm guessing that they're just not in the mood to be chomped on... go figure.
Sir Laugh-a-lot....
It cracks me up how much he loves to laugh. He has to be one of the happiest (albeit dramatic at times) kids in the world.

Luft ballons...
Ian's 2nd birthday party was this weekend. This year was a monster theme - Kelly made little monster cupcakes for the kids and a big monster cake for everyone else. All the kids had a great time ( i hope anyway) It was nice to catch up with people and to watch the kiddies run around. After everyone was gone Avery was having a little fun with the ballons that were left - Seeing how high they could go and amazed that she could jump up and catch them... getting bigger does have it's benefits.

Angels and Elephants
Lately all i've been listening to are podcasts. One of my favourites is Jumping Monkeys which you can find on itunes if you do a search. They did an interview with a blogger who does chookooloonks which was very inspiring. Her photography was amazing and digging around her blog i ran into the :10things blog. So in the spirit of 10things my number one thing has to be my kids...

Little Monk
So we decided to give the little guy a summer hair cut. He looks like a little monk and he really likes it.
10 Weeks
10 weeks old and a ball of ruff... She's so smart and so full of energy. I'm glad she's here with us :)

Time to reflect
There was a little lull before the ceremony started and the guest were starting to arrive. The mountain decided to show herself and i decided to try and take a few captures. I looked over at Dad and caught him looking over some of his notes before he had to walk his youngest child down the aisle. I think he was reflecting over some of the things he was going to say during his toast. Now in retrospect recalling the toast and seeing him in this pensive state - my only comment is Ted you did a great job and i could only hope to inspire my children the way you have yours.
Little wing...
Avery was all winged out for Matt and Robin's wedding. It was a beautiful ceremony and the setting as amazing.
